The third edition of the Enduro International Mountain Bike Competition is set to begin in Pokhara on November 13, bringing together 50 riders from eight countries.
The competition, organized by Dawn 'til Dusk Mountain Bike Company, will take place at Arba–Bijay Hill in Pokhara Metropolitan City-13, situated at an altitude of 1,360 meters, and will continue until November 15.
According to Race Director Sunil Chandra Sharma, participants from Nepal, Germany, Singapore, Australia, the UK, Sri Lanka, Oman, and the US will compete this year. Earlier, riders from 13 countries had registered, but participants from five nations withdrew following the Gen Z protest in Nepal.
The event will feature competitions under six categories:
Men Junior (12–18 years)
Women Open (18 years and above)
Elite (29 years and above)
Master's A’ (30–39 years)
Masters ‘B’ (40–49 years)
Veteran (50 years and above)
Coordinator Sharma expressed optimism that the Enduro Bike Championship would play a key role in promoting Nepal’s adventure tourism, attracting mountain biking enthusiasts from around the world.
