Ethical traditions benefit humans, animals, and the earth, while immoral ones do not. It may take some time to fully understand this concept, but if you approach it with curiosity and a human perspective, you'll eventually get there.
On the other hand, you are a progressive individual who strives for growth in all areas of your life, including your work and personal goals. You are not satisfied with simply going through the motions of your daily routine; instead, you seek to challenge and confront the societal issues that plague our world today. You are constantly questioning the presence of discrimination, exploitation, and inequality, and you seek to address these problems through your work and actions actively. Whether you choose to pursue a career as a lawyer, businessman, teacher, farmer, doctor, journalist, human rights activist, politician, or anything else, your priorities align with the common people's needs and concerns.
You may have to sacrifice something to live for the common people, to fight against oppression. You may have to give up your luxurious life. Your ambition to gain wealth and position may be neglected. However, doing something good gives you satisfaction/joy.
You didn't just live your life for yourself or for others who are oppressed or exploited, you lived your life performing for humanity and other beings on earth. Thus, the change that comes to you becomes the carrier of social change.
