At least 19 people have died and 347 others have been injured across Nepal during the ongoing Gen-Z protests, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.
Among the deceased, three individuals died while undergoing treatment at Civil Hospital, where around 100 injured people are currently receiving care. At Bir Hospital, six people are being treated, and eight have died at the National Trauma Center, which is also treating 59 others.
At Everest Hospital in Baneshwor, 102 individuals are receiving treatment, while three people have succumbed to their injuries. Additionally, eight patients have been referred to other hospitals for further care.
The Patan Institute of Health Sciences is treating four individuals, while Kathmandu Medical College Teaching Hospital is caring for 37 patients. Two of them died during treatment, and the hospital has stated that six patients will require surgery.
At Norvic Hospital, three people are currently undergoing treatment.
The Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital in Maharajgunj is treating 18 individuals, with one reported death.
Outside the Kathmandu Valley, one person is being treated at Gandaki Medical College, two at the Pokhara Institute of Health Sciences, four at Birat Medical College in Biratnagar, and seven at Damak Hospital in Jhapa.
Meanwhile, two fatalities have been confirmed at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan.
The Ministry said the figures are subject to change as the situation develops and more data becomes available from hospitals nationwide.
